There is no option to move a page

      It will be good to add this information on the topic Notes about permissions.

      If you try to move a page and there is restricted page under this page, the option to move the page will not appear.

      Example

      Check this page, there is a root page called 'teste coisa' and two other pages on the tree: 'Outra coisa' and 'Another node'.

      If the user has the permissions, he can move any of these pages, no problem.

      However, if we put a restriction on the page 'Outra coisa', the user will lose the ability to move the 'teste coisa' page and most important, he will lose the ability and the 'Outra coisa' page is not even visible to the user. So, he will never know why he cannot move a page where he has permissions to move.

      As you can see in the image above, the Move option is not present... This is a bit confusing to the user, since he has permissions to move the page, but there is a hidden page preventing.
