Improve colour contrast on the Manage Watchers dropdown selection

Issue Summary

White text appears on a grey field

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select Watching in the top right header
2. Select Manage Watchers link
3. Add a person to the section:
   1. Watching this page
   2. Watching this space

Expected Results

Dropdown is readable with AUI text on background colours

Actual Results

Dropdown appears with white on grey background, not very readable

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
