Add a new user role called ‘External Collaborators’, where admins can add external users to specific spaces and have confidence that they won't be able to see anything else on the site, or things like the people directory, settings, or using mentions. The ‘External Collaborator’ role would be required to log into the Confluence Server/Data Center instance but would not count against the licensing limit.
