Problem Definition

Users are able to create a Jira Issue from highlighting the text on a page. After the issue has been created the page would always be refreshed/reloaded. This brings the user back to the top of the page.

This can be inconvenient for any user that is working with a long page where they are creating Jira Issues on the go while reading the page as they'll need to always scroll back to where they were and continue reading from there.

Suggested Solution

After the page is refreshed/reloaded, the page should be positioned back to where the user has left off (eg: where the newly created Jira Issue is located)
