Pages set to "Viewing and editing restricted" show twice under Space Tools -> Restricted pages and pagination is not working when more than 15 page restricted

Issue Summary

Pages that are restricted with "Viewing and editing restricted" appear twice under Space Tools >> Permissions >> Restricted pages

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create 16 page in a space.
2. Grant "Viewing and editing restricted" restriction to all 16 page
3. Go to Space tools >> permissions >> restricted pages
4. The page is listed twice and the pagination is not working and only showing 15 page restriction.

Expected Results

The pages with "Viewing and editing restricted" shouldn't be listed twice under "Restricted Pages" and the pagination is working when more than 30 page restricted.

Actual Results

The pages with "Viewing and editing restricted" are listed twice under "Restricted pages" and pagination is not working. Below video shows that page is duplicated in page restriction and pagination is not working when more than 15 page restriction in a space.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
