Description
Problem
After selecting the 'Create' option to create a new page, if the Create button is selected again, while editing the draft of the first new page, the second new page will be created as a child of the first page- however, the first page was never published in the first place.
Steps to Reproduce
- Select the 'Create' option to create a new page
- While editing the draft of this new page, click the 'Create' button again (don't publish the first page)
- Publish this second page
Expected Results
Either Confluence shouldn't let this second, child page be created if its parent page wasn't created in the first place, or it should create the new child page on a valid path, disregarding the invalid parent page.
Actual Results
This results in the second, child page being orphaned. It will not show on the page tree, but the breadcrumbs at the top of the page will display the correct path, even though the parent page does not exist and can't be reached.
