Description

The following waning found in the atlassian-confluence.log file:

WARN [Caesium-1-1] [ratelimiting.internal.settings.RateLimitModificationSettingsService] delete No RL settings found for user: [xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] - can't delete!!

Integration with third party plugin may trigger the warning during the user synchronisation. It appears that this logging is a symptom rather than the root cause. It is a part of clean-up exercise/maintenance issue so it is harmless.

Workaround

Set the ratelimiting.internal.settings.RateLimitModificationSettingsService package to ERROR to prevent the stack trace from spamming the logs.

Suggestion

Change the code to log at DEBUG level
