As a System Admin
I want to Disable the option to Share a page to a group
So that I can avoid the load from a user trying to share a page for large groups

Details

To reduce load on the server caused by e-mail notifications, and reducing spam from Confluence server, there could be a way to disable Sharing content to group.

Workaround
