Issue Summary

Customers are reporting that the form in the context menu of Companion app that is used to provide feedback is returning an error.

Steps to Reproduce

1. The Companion app has a link in its context menu for submitting feedback.
2. Clicking "Submit" in this form returns an error

Expected Results

The form is submitted sucessfully

Actual Results

The following message is displayed to the user:

Oops! Something went wrong...
There was a problem submitting your feedback, likely due to the configuration of this form. You might want to contact the site owner to let them know about this issue.

The below error is shown in the developer tools:

2: Object { aborted: 0, responseText: "{\"errorMessages\":[],\"errors\":{\"pid\":\"You do not have permission to create issues in this project.\"}}", status: 0, … } 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
