Problem
While users are trying to reorder pages using the page tree (drag and drop in the tree), they are not allowed to do it. There is a gray sign which indicates that users can't put the page to the intended place.
Users have Edit permission to the page to be reordered and also view access to its parent page as mentioned in the document. Move and Reorder Pages.
Environment
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new page ex: parent page
- Create three child page ex: child 1, child 2, child 3.

- According to documentation Move and Reorder Pages, Assign view restriction on the parent page to the users:

- Assign edit restrictions on-page being reordered (assign edit restriction on the child pages for user so for example user named 'abcd' can edit it)

- log in with the user 'abcd' and try to reorder the child page from space tools.
User should able to reorder pages from Space tools > Reorder pages with the permission defined in Move and Reorder Pages.
It is working with ellipses button (...) > Move (as per permission defined in the KB)
Actual Results
With the Space tools > Reorder pages user can't reorder pages.
Workaround
Try moving page alternative way:
Head over to the page to be move > Ellipse button (...) > Move > Select new parent -> check reorder -> Move.
It works correctly with the edit permission for the child, view for the parent
