Synchrony is unable to start after a non-graceful Confluence shutdown

Problem

After a non-graceful Confluence shutdown, synchrony.pid isn't removed from confluence_install/temp/ folder. The next time Confluence starts, Synchrony is unable to start.

Windows/Linux
Confluence

Steps to Reproduce

1. Reboot the server or kill Confluence process in a non-graceful way
2. Start Confluence

Expected Results

Confluence and Synchrony process starts

Actual Results

Only Confluence starts

Workaround

1. Shutdown Confluence
2. Manually delete confluence_install/temp/synchrony.pid
3. Start Confluence
