Add support for Expand macro on Confluence Mobile view

      Current behavior

      1. The Expand Macro only works as expected when viewing on Desktop, or when using the Desktop view on mobile browsers.
      2. When used in the mobile view, it just appears as a link.

      Suggested behavior

      1. Allow the Expand macro to work in the mobile view as well.
