Issue Summary

Twitter feed Widget does not respect "height" parameter

Steps to Reproduce

1. Insert a Twitter feed widget (e.g. a timeline https://twitter.com/TwitterDev)
2. Set the height parameter on the macro

Expected Results

Height of macro is restricted to user setting.

Actual Results

Macro shows entire feed. 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
