Description
Issue Summary
Inline comment author becomes Anonymous after import SPACE. The customer is trying to migrate a SPACE which contains lots of inline comments, and all the authors were changed to Anonymous after import SPACE to the new server. It has huge impacts on the business as they cannot find who resolved those inline comments.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an inline comment and mark it as Resolved.
- Export SPACE and remove and import back the same SPACE.
- Check the inline comment and confirm it the author is changed to Anonymous.
Expected Results
The inline comment should show the author like the following:
- Resolved by admin yesterday
Actual Results
But the author becomes Anonymous like the following:
- Resolved by Anonymous yesterday
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
