There is an existing suggestion request to provide the CONFSERVER-54284 - Ability to customize "All updates" on the Dashboard. It would be better if the dashboard the customization can customize differently for each group in Confluence.

For example, the feature should provide restrictions to content updates to a group. When a user that belongs to group A logs into Confluence, the user should only be able to view updates from group A.
