Page Properties Report: Remove Mandatory Label

The Page Properties Report has a mandatory "*" requirement for a label.

In the same macro, you can do things like filter by child pages. 

The mandatory nature of the label* requirement seems spurious. Child pages is filtered sufficiently by itself, and there can be a need to see page properties on unlabeled pages, or pages for which the labels are not deterministic or known.
