Description
Using the Events macro for Team Calendars (disabled by default, enable in the UPM under Team Calendars) there is a 'Send email to attendees' (mail icon) link in the events table that opens up the local email client and pre-populates the TO field in a new email message with all the attendee email addresses.
By default, the email addresses are separated by commas. This will work with all email clients that conform to the RFC 6068 specifications.
However, Microsoft Outlook defaults it's email client to only recognize semicolons to separate email address. This creates an issue where the user needs to manually change the commas <,> into semicolons <;> in the TO field so that the aforementioned email can be sent.
While users can change their 'list separator character' in the regional settings for their Windows machine to use commas instead, for some groups this isn't possible.
There should be an option in the Events macro settings for the 'Send email to attendees' mailto link to either use semicolons or commas when populating the TO field.
