Currently, when using this Macro in Confluence, you can choose to display "Linked Issues" as one of the outputs in the display. This only shows Jira issues though, and does not seem to include Confluence (aka "Wiki") links. 

It would be a great addition if we could have an additional display option to specifically include Confluence pages associated to the Jira issues returned in the macro.
