      Issue summary

      1. Currently, CDN support is only available for Confluence Data Center, and not on Confluence server.
      2. Some admins would like to use CDN to improve performance of a site on other geos, but don't need the rest of the Data Center functionalities.

      Suggestion

      1. Provide support for CDN on Confluence Server.
