Problem

In new Chrome versions such as Chrome 80.0.39xxx, while viewing Table Of Content, the mouse behaviour is not working correctly. The cursor is not pointing correctly to the headings, titles.

Tested this out in Confluence version 6.15.9 using Chrome Version 80.0.3987.87.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a page with Table of Contents macro. Attempt to view a page with Table Of Contents macro. Move the cursor over the headings/titles to see if this is occurring correctly.

Expected Results

The cursor should move correctly over the heading and other content within the page.

Actual Results

The cursor skips or the movement of the cursor is not normal.

There is no workaround available at this point.
