The first line of text after anchor macro is not showing after the linking jump

Issue Summary

Since the linking to anchor jumping does not take into consideration the page operation menu bar, the first 2 lines after the anchor macro will be hidden by the menu bar.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page that contains a minimum content of 2 paginations.
2. Add an anchor macro in the middle of the page and add 1 line of text after the macro.
3. Add a link to the anchor at the beginning of the page.
4. Save the page and click on the anchor macro

Expected Results

It should jump to the anchor position and show the line of text after the macro.

Actual Results

The line of the text is hidden by the page operation menu.

Workaround

Add 2 new brake lines between the anchor macro and the text.
