Issue Summary

1. When migrating or importing content from Confluence Cloud that has Decisions, the icons are not displayed in Confluence server, and instead, the local-id is shown.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In Confluence Cloud, create a page and add some decisions.
   • 
2. Export the space, or copy the storage format of the page, and move it to Confluence server.
   • Confluence-export.zip
3. The page will appear as below in Confluence server.
   • 

Expected Results

1. The decisions icon to be displayed correctly.

Actual Results

1. The local-id of the decision icon from Confluence Cloud is displayed in the screen.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
