Issue Summary

Content by User macro does not limit the number of items to display. This can be a lot if the user has created a lot of content.

We should implement a solution similar to the Page Index macro, where there is a maximum amount of content returned.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On a page, insert the Content by User macro
2. Specify a user that has created a lot of content

Expected Results

The macro displays

Actual Results

Timeout error when saving the page. The macro never displays.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
