Confluence data restore error. Not sure is this a bug or I am doing something wrong.

      Hi,
      I am an issue after restoring data from other version of confluence. OS is windows 2003 server. And after restoring data from a linux server's data. http://localhost:8080 is getting redirected to http://localhost:8080/login.action?os_destination=%2Fhomepage.action and blank page appears. I am new to this product, please can you help me resolving this error.
      Please let me know if you need more information.
