Team name should be shown in REST API/Confluence macros instead of just the Team ID

      Right now, when adding a Issue filter macro to Confluence, the team column has team IDs instead of team names. A similar behaviour applies to XML exports.

      The team column should follow a behaviour similar to Agile Sprints, where the name is shown in the column.
