Improve loading indicator for Jira Issue Dates in event create dialog

      Issue Summary

      When the user has Confluence that integrates with JIRA, sometime the spinner image does not show up.

      Improvement

      Team Calendars should not only show spinner but also show loading text. Please see the attachment for more detail
