Start Confluence Data Center in Safe Mode

      Unlike Confluence Server, it's not possible to start Confluence Data Center in Safe Mode, as also indicated on the KB article below:

      It would be helpful to have such feature on Confluence Data Center, since the only way of disabling plugins currently available is by accessing the database and running a SQL query, which requires a database backup as a good practice.
