Support PDF Inline Comment in File Previews

Summary

The user seeing broken PDF comments after uploading the PDF file in a Confluence page.
This is not Confluence's own "Inline Comment" feature.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a PDF and add comments
2. Create a page
3. Add the PDF file created in step 1
4. Click on the PDF file to view it

Actual Results

Expected Results

User should be able to see the PDF comments

Notes

An extended improvement would be to have PDF's Inline comment incorporated together with Confluence's Inline Comment feature on the read and write of the PDF documents.
