Issue Summary

When adding a new attachment, Confluence is looping to retrieve all versions of the same attachment and to delete all thumbnails for the historical attachment. This might cause a performance issue on Azure when there is a large number of versions of the same attachment. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy a Confluence instance on Azure
2. Create a page and add the same attachment 200 times.
3. Add the same attachment again.

Expected Results

The attachment should be added instantly.

Actual Results

The operation reach the session timeout and it failed to add the attachment

Workaround

Reduce the number of versions on the same attachment.
