Editing the content by label macro variables breaks the How to Article template.

Problem

In space content, under blueprint How-to article template (Edited). If you manipulate the Content by Label macro. Then create a page from the edited How-to article template. The Content by Label macro is broken.

Environment

7.0.2 and 7.0.1

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit How-to article template Space template on KB space
2. Attempt to move, copy or cut and paste or remove and re-add built-in contentbylabel Macro variable
   1. I copy and pasted the macro variable. 
3. Save template and create how-to article from template

Expected Results

moved, cut, copied or re-added variables will work the same as the untouched variables

Actual Results

only the completely untouched original variable will work. As soon as it's touched in any way, it breaks.
