When a page is edited and the "Notify watchers" option is checked in Confluence, the application will send to the page watchers a notification containing a small block of information about what was changed on that page.

However, if the page is complex, split into multiple sections, the notifications from that page will contain the entire page content and not only the small notification block of what changed.

Expected results

Confluence should send small notification blocks nevertheless the page size or complexity.
