PDF Export of a space fails with TOC should be replaced error

      Issue Summary

      PDF export is failing when you include all child pages of the home page in an export.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Export space to PDF > choose custom, and make sure the homepage and all child pages are selected. Omit any pages at the root.

      Expected Results

      Space is exported with no problems.

      Actual Results

      Space export fails with the following error:

      TOC should be replaced only with TOC of the same size. It is important because TOC size will affect TOC content (page offsets). This is a bit of chicken and egg problem, which makes us generate TOC twice.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
