Issue Summary

The Confluence Source Editor version 2.0.0 plugin when installed in Data Center is not available when an user is editing a template on Space Tools > Content Tools > Create New Template

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install the Confluence Source Editor version 2.0.0 in a Data Center environment (tested in versions 6.13.4 and 6.13.8)
2. Go to Space Tools > Content Tools > Create New Template
3. Notice there's no Source Editor tool available (expected when creating a new content)
   
   
   # However, the page editor also does not appear if you edit an already existing template. If you try to edit the template, there'll be no page editor available.
   
4. The same behavior is not observable if you create a new page: when you're first creating a page, the page editor does not appear, which is expected:
   
5. But, when you edit the page, you have the page editor available:
   

Expected Results

The page editor should show the <> icon in the top right indicating the source editor has loaded when editing the Space Template as well, same as when editing a page.

Actual Results

The <> icon is missing upon loading the page editor when editing a Space Template.

Workaround

Downgrade to the 1.1.3 version of the Confluence Source Editor plugin.
