Confluence (tested in version 5.3) once had a feature where when an image is previewed, the title appears below the image.

The behavior is tested in Confluence 6.10.x and does not seem to exist anymore. If this feature returns, it would ease users when previewing images as they can easily refer to below the images to know what the images are titled/captioned as.
