Issue summary

1. Confluence search will return the filename of attachments on the page in it's result which might not be desirable for certain users.
   • 
2. Some users would prefer this however, as the attachment file names are common search terms when looking for content.

Current behavior

1. File names appear in search result when searching for pages.

Suggested behavior

1. Allow admins to have the option to hide, or show file names in the search result.
