When a user attaches images to a question submitted in "Questions for Confluence", separate emails go out for every image and file separately. So the users receive a lot of unnecessary emails. These should be grouped together in a single email. Really any changes that a user makes within a couple of minutes should be grouped together in a single email message like upvoting and accepting answers.
