Issue Summary

User password update is not logged in the audit log.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Confluence administrator > Users from the sidebar.
2. Click on a <user name> and select Set Password.
3. Change password and save.
4. Navigate sidebar and click on Audit log

Expected Results

The password update should be logged.
According the Atlassian status: User & Group Management is a part of the audit trail. CONFSERVER-6960

Actual Results

The password change is not logged in Audit log. 

Workaround

Possibly, admin can utilize Auditor plugin. Auditor for Confluence
