Unable to edit macro enabled Excel file

Issue Summary

Macro enabled excel workbook is not editable whereas normal workbook without any macros enabled seems to work fine. This issue is only observed while running Office 2013 whereas the issue is not reproducible while using Office 365

Steps to Reproduce

• Upload macro enabled excel workbook on a Confluence page.
• Editing and clicking the radio button within the workbook doesn't have any effect, meaning file is basically not editable.

Expected Results

Macro enabled file should be editable in Office 2013

Actual Results

Macro enabled file is not editable in Office 2013

Workaround

Download the file, edit the macro enabled file locally using Office 2013 and re-upload the attachment back to the Confluence page.
