The load attribute of nodes on the clustering page has negative values.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set up confluence in cluster mode with windows os
2. Go to clustering page
3. The load attribute of nodes on the clustering page has negative values.

Expected Results

A meaningful value or at least N/A instead of a negative number.

Actual Results

-6.25%
