Issue Summary

Unable to sign up for account with uppercase letters in email domain.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Confluence administration > Users
2. Select User Signup Options tab
3. Check Allow people to sign up to create their account and Restricted by Domain(s) box
4. Add domain name with all lowercase.
5. Logout
6. Click on Sign up here
7. Complete for with uppercase letters in email domain name. and click sign up

Expected Results

Prompt user to login

Actual Results

Page just reloads without error or success prompt.

Workaround

Add the possible instance of the domain name. Gmail.com,gmail.com,GMAIL.COM,GMail.com
