Unable to use anchor as part of a tinyURL

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page with an anchor
2. Generate the tinyURL for the page
3. Using a tinyURL along with an anchor (e.g. myconfluence./x/tiny_link#anchorName)

Expected Results

Able to use anchor as part of the tinyURL

Actual Results

TinyURL works for the page but not the anchor section

Workaround

Use the tinyURL with the pagename-anchor, e.g myconfluence./x/tinyURL#pagename-anchorName
