Issue Summary

The Confluence Source Editor button may not show up upon loading the page editor.

Environment

• Confluence Source Editor plugin version 2.0.0.
• Confluence Data Center version 6.13.8 - affecting Pages.
• Confluence Server version 6.13.7 - affecting User and Global Templates, does not affect Pages.

Steps to Reproduce

For Data Center:

1. Install the Confluence Source Editor version 2.0.0 in a Data Center 6.13.8 environment.
2. Navigate to a page and click on Edit.

For Server:

1. Install the Confluence Source Editor version 2.0.0 in a Server 6.13.7 environment.
2. Navigate to a User Template or Global Template and click on Edit.

Expected Results

The page editor will show the Source Editor < > icon in the top right indicating the source editor has loaded 

Actual Results

The < > icon may be missing upon loading the page editor. Subsequent attempts to load the page editor may succeed in loading the source editor or may not. 

Workaround

Downgrade to the 1.1.3 version of the Confluence Source Editor plugin.

Notes

Following the steps in Confluence Source Editor Button Is Not Visible During Page Edit did not resolve this, but are an appropriate step to try when troubleshooting this issue.
