I've been testing out Dan's EAR/WAR install of Confluence on our development server and wanted a place to post any feedback, hence this JIRA issue ![]()
First of all, there are some excellent improvements - it's looking really nice.
The only minor gripes I have at present are:
When creating a space (great work on the new UI!) there are options that say:
- All users - anyone logged into Confluence
Would it be possible to change that to:
- Registered users - anyone logged into Confluence
Many of our client will assume that "All users" means "everyone" (even though there is an anonymous users option below). Stating "Registered users" would make it that little bit clearer as to what it means.

Is there any way to disable the "In Confluence's configured database" option on the attachment admin settings? In our hosted environment we will be using various file storage mechanisms (eventually moving file storage for our shared hosting on to a separate server, etc) and want to prevent users storing attachments in the db (albeit the db then simply stores the blobs on disk) just to keep things straightforward.
