Issue Summary

Non-ASCII title on page tree in space export is garbled when hosted on Windows

Environment

• Hosted on Windows
  • I've replicated on Windows 10 but this symptom is observed on Windows Server 2016 as well.
  • This is not replicable when Confluence is hosted on Linux.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Confluence on Windows based OS
2. Create a page with title "日本語ページ"
3. Go to spaces/flyingpdf/flyingpdf.action?key=<space-id> and choose "Custom Export"

Expected Results

Page tree displays "日本語ページ" without being garbled

Actual Results

Title is garbled and unreadable.

Note

Title is not garbled on XML export or HTML export. So it is considered as a misbehaviours of flyingpdf.action

• spaces/exportspacexml.action?key=<space-id>
• spaces/exportspacehtml.action?key=<space-id>

Workaround

Install on Linux based OS, otherwise use full export instead.
