Official support for deploying Confluence Server on Kubernetes

In the interest of expanding the officially supported hosting options, it would be advantageous to have a tested and supported method/process for deploying Confluence on Kubernetes, as it's an option that's suited for hosting containerized applications and is therefore a good fit for running Confluence.
