When editing a page in Confluence hovering the close button displays "Keep the draft or discard the changes."

Issue Summary

The hover text on the close button on the edit page screen says "Keep the draft or discard the changes." This message is confusing as the discard changes feature has been moved over to the ... button and the close button always keeps changes as unpublished drafts.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page.
2. Select edit button to edit the page.
3. Hover over the Close button.

Expected Results

A message in the hover text that reflects the changes made with the close and ... buttons.

Actual Results

A misleading message that appears to be a remnant from the previous functionality of the close button.
