Problem Definition

When a page attachment gets updated (new version of the attachment) there is no change of the page version. This leads to users not being aware of the change in the attachment, even they check the page's history.

Suggested Solution

The page version should increase when a page attachment gets a new version. This could be a configurable option to allow the administrator to choose the behaviour.
