In out 7.0 release, we upgraded the thumbnail/preview generation library and had to accept higher memory usage as a result for some TIF and PSD thumbnail/preview generation.

We chose to disable thumbnail/preview generation for these two file formats for now, but customers can enable them by using the relevant system properties if they wish.

When the underlying memory usage issues are fixed, we should enable them by default again.
