      Issue Summary

Confluence allows you to create a blogpost with duplicate titles if the Posting Date of the blogs are different.

However, if you create a new blogpost with today's date as the Posting Date and using an existing blogpost's title, it will fail due to this error.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create one blogpost titled 'ABC' and set the Posting Date to a date in the past (e.g. Aug 8, 2019).
      2. Create a second blogpost titled 'ABC' as well, and don't alter the Posting Date. Let it remain as today's date (e.g. Aug 29, 2019).
      3. Publish the blog.

      Expected Results

      The blogpost should be created.

      Actual Results

The blogpost fails to be created with this error appearing in the editor:

A page with the title 'ABC' already exists in this space. Enter a different title for your page.

      Workaround

After you receive the error message, click on the Posting Date at the bottom of the page and don't make any changes. Just close the pop-up by clicking into the editor's body and publish the blog. It will be successfully created.
