Issue Summary

livesearch macro does not show any suggestions until enter more than 2 characters for Chinese.

Environment

Confluence 6.15.2
MySQL 5.7

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create pages with Chinese title
2. Add livesearch macro and try to search with 1-2 characters.  No suggestion is appeared.
   
3. Try enter 3 characters, then suggestion will be working.
   

Expected Results

Site search works well regardless number of characters:

 

Actual Results

No errors were found.
